Why don't I hear a music preview on some cards?

Previews come from the Apple Music catalogue; a small number of artists aren't on it. Those cards are hidden from the deck by default.

I dismissed a card by accident. Can I get it back?

Yes — tap the ↺ rewind button in the top-left of the deck to bring back the card you just swiped left on. To start over completely, open Filters and tap "Reset dismissed cards" — everything you've ever swiped left on returns to the deck.

My favourite venue isn't on Headliner.

We add venues continuously — currently 14 venues across the Netherlands including Paradiso, Melkweg, Concertgebouw, 013, PAARD, Annabel, Amare and de Doelen, plus everything on Ticketmaster and the major festival timetables. Email us the venue and we'll put it on the list.
